Welcome to C.L.A.S.S. Education (Connecting Learning Assures Successful Students), a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting your school community in academic success and leadership development. Let us partner with you in your needs of behavioral management, curriculum mapping, climate and culture development, and curriculum instructional practices.
C.L.A.S.S. has always believed that "people" are the most important component to student success - not the textbooks, not the scripted programs - but the administrators, teachers, and support staff who inspire and motivate their students. In C.L.A.S.S., we are dedicated and committed to support school personnel in their growth as extraordinary educational leaders.
C.L.A.S.S. takes you through the process of creating an extensive roadmap of your curriculum by examining your state/national standards, identifying your critical standards, creating a curriculum map, embedding common formative assessments and developing an integrated mindmap for your students and parents.
IMPACT, our student leadership experience, immerses your entire student body in leadership development. Through the use of your upper-grade students, they become mentors by leading huddles and small group discussions to positively influence your school community. Paired with our student leadership summit, and coaching support, your school will be filled with leaders influencing the future.
For over thirty years, C.L.A.S.S. has led the way in creating school environments that are places of inspiration, motivation, exploration, and engagement. We begin with our Life Goals: Do the right thing. Treat people right. It is through the Life Goals and the C.L.A..S.S. process of behavioral management that your school community transforms how you speak, interact, and behave with one another. This creates an environment that is safe, inviting, and conducive for learning.
Learning should be meaningful, engaging, and creative. The C.L.A.S.S. instructional framework, Say it, Play it, Relay it, Weigh it, is your new framework to lesson delivery. C.L.A.S.S. provides you with the "How to's" on using this teaching framework and best practices in instruction through a menu of emotional hooks, collaboration, checks for understanding, and assessment, all based on current brain research.
In C.L.A.S.S., our foundation is based upon six components called the BrainWeb which is woven into the climate, community, and curriculum of your school. Assurance. Meaning. Collaboration. Differentiation. Emotion. Feedback. Each of these components is based on brain science and research in learning cognition. C.L.A.S.S. guides you through each of these components as you begin to use them as a foundation in planning and decision-making at all levels of the school community.
